Our 5 Step Repair Process
Welcome
Thank you for choosing Supreme Collision to repair your vehicle. During your repair process we will keep you posted with photos and emails as your vehicle progresses through its repair. Our Customer Service Manager will contact you as your vehicle enters it's next step. If you have any questions during this process please feel free to contact us.
1. Teardown
The Teardown process allows us to disassemble your vehicle to assess the damage accurately. We will re-evaluate the estimate, if already written, or prepare an estimate based on the vehicle being in this state. An accurate estimate will be presented for approval of repairs and the next step will begin.
2. Repair
The Repair process is the beginning of making your vehicle look like new. The necessary parts have been ordered and delivered based upon your vehicles estimate of repairs. You will be sent photos, emails and/or texts updating you throughout this process.
3. Paint Prep
The prep stage has begun. The necessary parts have been installed and the vehicle is being preped for the paint stage. Supreme Collision has the up to date equipment and frame machines to reassure you that your vehicle has been assembled and repaired to the factory specifications.
4. Paint
The paint stage is the next step to the vehicle being completed. Supreme Collision uses Top Mix and Eco Mixing system for a perfect color match using Axalta and BMW paint to assure a quality outcome. Our Garmat heated down draft spray booth guarantees an excellent outcome.
5. Complete
The repair process has come to the end. Our detail shop will make the final touches in cleaning up the vehicle to look like new.
